Ashley Heredia is a Legal Assistant at Miranda Carreon Law, PLLC, and for many of the firm’s clients she is the voice on the other end of the phone. She works in English and Spanish, handles a full conversation in either, and keeps clients informed as a matter moves from the first call through to closing or final order.
She joined the firm in June 2026. Behind the scenes she prepares and organizes case documents, tracks filings, and manages correspondence with courts and outside counsel, the work that keeps a file moving on schedule. She holds an active Texas notary commission, issued in 2026.
Ashley came to the firm after three years as an Administrative and Client Services Coordinator at TM Works Embroidery and Screen Printing, a role she started a few months out of high school. The setting was different, but the work was the same shape: orders, deadlines, and clients who needed a clear answer without having to ask twice.
Born in Ecuador, she moved to the United States with her family at eleven, brought by parents looking for a better chance for their children. Outside the office she is usually with family or out walking her dog, and when everyone else is busy, playing video games.
What she cares most about in this work is helping clients feel heard and supported, making a process that can feel overwhelming easier to navigate, and giving people confidence that their matter is being handled with care.
